All of our products are made to order through our production partner. Because each item is created specifically for you, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. During holidays, sales, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

skateandhavefun cannot be held responsible or liable for stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
